Welcome to the party! Here are a few FAQs that might be helpful when shopping with us.

Can I change my order?
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed or cancelled, however, we may be able to make amends to orders that have not yet been dispatched.

Please note that we will not be able to accept returns for any personalised items or items marked as sale unless they are faulty.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if your order has not been dispatched. Please get in contact with us ASAP at: hello@craftypartystudio.com
Can I change my delivery address once I have placed an order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to change the delivery address. However, if you contact us and make a new order we will be happy to cancel your original order and issue a refund.
My order has been misplaced / not delivered. What can I do?
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us quoting your order number and detailing the issue. We will be happy to help and will get back to you.
I have a personalised order, how do I send you the photos?
When you place your order you will be prompted to upload your photos. However, you can also email your photo(s) to: hello@craftypartystudio.com
Please put your name and order number as the "subject" of the email.
What is your processing time on personalised items?
We take care with all our handmade products and our usual processing time is 2-3 working days before dispatch.
What is your standard delivery timeframe?
We try our best to send orders as soon as we can, but please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive.
Can you prioritise my order?
All our orders are top priority. We ask that you allow up to 5 working days to receive your order.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside of the UK.
Can I get a refund on all or part of my order?
We really hope you’ll like our products, however, if the item is faulty we will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original postage costs will not be refunded.
Please package the return goods in a strong envelope or box as damaged returns cannot be accepted.
Returns past the 30 days time frame, sale items or personalised items will not be refunded.
The items have arrived defective or damaged. What can I do?
We take care when making and packaging orders, however, in the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged please let us know ASAP so that we can provide you with a refund or a replacement. We may ask for images of the damage so we can improve our product.
